The Diaspora Innovation & AI Conference (DIAC) organized by the Kenya–USA Tech Forum (KUSAT), is a two-day international conference. DIAC 2027 is scheduled for June 23-24 in Washington, D.C., bringing together approximately 300 participants from across the global diaspora.
The conference will convene participants, including diaspora professionals, AI and STEM experts, entrepreneurs, startups, investors, policymakers, researchers, and students, to explore the future of AI, innovation, entrepreneurship, and workforce development.
Building on the success of KUSAT’s 2024 conference in Nairobi, and DIAC 2026 in Washington DC, DIAC 2027 highlights the growing role of the African and global diaspora in shaping cross-border innovation and technology transfer. The conference provides a unique platform to harness the collective power of the diaspora to drive inclusive economic growth that benefit both local and global communities.
